Meaningful and accurate estimating is critical to any successful project. We take great pride in providing our clients with a comprehensive review of their projects and plans. We try to avoid “Ball Park” pricing because it lacks specifics and does not account for the numerous variables involved in your project. So the high margin of error created with “Ball Park” pricing tends to render it useless.

Alternatively, our estimating department will spend several hours to days reviewing and estimating plans. This process may even require consulting with outside experts (building department officials, engineers, builders, architects, and the like) to ensure complete and accurate information. This detailed process is the only way to ensure a more accurate and meaningful estimate.

Siding Color Selection

The siding color choice does not alter the price. If a custom color is developed there may be a small charge for that development time and materials.

Examples: Main floor walls will be 10' instead of the 8' shown. Do not include walk-out basement walls. No corners needed. Etc.

Is the site accessible by semi-flatbed trailer? *

EverLog Systems contracts out to 3rd party shipping partners in order to provide the best possible shipping costs. These flatbed semi's or trailers are not equipped with fork-lifts.
