About This Project

We asked Dan Larson why he selected 8″ Round EverLog concrete log walls for his award-winning Orvis® endorsed fly fishing lodge. Here is what he had to say:

  • "We operate two 12-year-old wood log buildings and have experienced shrinking logs, unexpected settling, and heating challenges, not to mention the regular and costly maintenance of re-staining and chinking. The log walls were finished in our Western Tan color with complimentary chinking.  The round exterior and interior posts, beams and trusses are all natural wood materials.
