When the Montana Council of the Boy Scouts of America wanted to build a gathering lodge at the K-M Scout Ranch in central Montana they explored every possible maintenance-free material they could find. At the entrance to the ranch a new entryway timber sign was designed and erected using our 10″x10″ EverLog Concrete Timbers. Historical looking bridge washers and bolts were added to complete the timber frame appearance and signs and lighting were added to finish it off.
The lodge used our 10″ Plank EverLog Concrete Log Siding for the lower level and a wainscot around the main level. Natural Brown was chosen to blend in with the surrounding forest and contrast the bare steel.
