Dick Morgenstern, Chairman

Dick is the Co-Founder and Chairman of EverLog™ Systems. Dick has over 50 years of experience in the construction services industry. His passion for invention and desire to develop a superior product to wood logs led to the formation of EverLog™ Systems.

Prior to ELS Dick was the President of Missoula Concrete Construction. During his tenure MCC grew to be the leading concrete manufacturer in Montana. His projects can be seen all over Montana and throughout the United States. Today MCC services markets around the nation with an unparalleled level of quality, service, and dependability.

Dick holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from MSU – Bozeman. Dick and his wife Marsha live in Missoula. They have two children.

Stewart Hansen, President

Mr. Hansen is the Co- Founder and President of ELS and is responsible for all Business Management, Marketing, and Sales activities. He has played a critical role in the growth and development of ELS through setting and implementing strategy, creating culture, and building a strong management team.

Prior to joining ELS, Mr. Hansen held a variety of marketing and business management roles. His most recent position was as the Founder and President of Boomerang, a marketing and business development company in San Francisco. During his tenure at Boomerang, Mr. Hansen oversaw every aspect of the firm’s growth and development. After selling his company in early 2004, Mr. Hansen joined ELS as President. His expertise includes Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and Corporate Direction.

Mr. Hansen is active in The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) where he also serves as a Board Member. Mr. Hansen earned a double major in Finance and Business Management at the University of Utah, where he also played quarterback on the Varsity Football team. He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of the prestigious executive development program MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.).

Tim Robertson

Tim Robertson brings 30 years of experience in the construction and construction materials industry to ELS. His expertise in marketing, sales, and general business management is helping ELS become a market leader. Tim currently is the Chief Executive Officer of Century Companies Inc. Century is a leading construction services company in Montana and Wyoming. Prior to joining Century, Robertson was Founder and President of Marketlink Incorporated, a construction management and marketing firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Tim graduated with a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Tim is active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and the Montana Pilot’s Association (MPA), where he currently serves as President of the Central Hangar. Tim has also served on numerous boards of trade associations, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Tim has lectured extensively to AGC, CBDA and private companies on marketing and business management issues for construction companies.

Tim lives in Lewistown, MT. with his wife and two children.

Jack Morgenstern, Principal

Few business people in Montana have reached the level of accomplishment as Jack Morgenstern.

Jack serves as the Chairman of Century Companies, Inc., a leading construction services company in Montana. Jack also serves as Chairman of First National Bank in Lewistown, MT. His accomplishments range from “Business Person of the Year” in Lewistown, MT. in 1994; to first runner up for “Small Business Person of the Year” for the State of Montana in 2004.

He has been instrumental in founding and/or organizing numerous Montana organizations, these include:

• The Montana Contractors Compensation Fund (MCCF).
• Montana State Fund. Re-appointed by Governor Martz (2003).
• Past Chairman, current Director Montana Contractors Association Health Care/Retirement Trust Funds.
• Past President and Past National Director Montana Contractors Association.
• First bi-annual Constructor of the Year Award given by Department of Civil Engineering, MSU—Bozeman.
• Founding member Central Montana Manufacturing Alliance (CMMA).

Jack holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from MSU – Bozeman and has post graduate studies in Business Management and Finance. Jack and his wife have three children.

Doug Bauer, Principal

Doug Bauer is Structural Engineer licensed in California, Wyoming, and Montana. Doug brings over 35 years in the construction and pre-stress concrete business. His expertise in pre-stress construction is a valuable asset to the development of EverLog™ Systems. Doug is currently the President of Missoula Concrete Construction. MCC is one of only two PCI certified plants in Montana. Doug’s creativity and forward thinking has won his company a variety of honors including numerous Concrete Excellence Awards presented by the Montana Contractors Association. As a result Missoula Concrete Construction’s work is in demand and can be seen throughout the United States.

Doug has a BS in Civil Engineering from Montana State University. He and his wife Clara live in Missoula and have three children.
