What are EverLog™ Timbers?

EverLog Timbers are worry free, engineered structural concrete components used in both exterior and interior applications. Our timbers replicate real wood timbers and are produced in a variety of shapes and sizes to fit your construction needs and architectural style. All these components provide the WOW factor and make a dramatic and immediate impact. Please see our gallery.

EverLog Timbers are used as trusses, posts, beams, outlookers, knee braces and other custom pieces found on rustic cabins to luxury log homes across the country.

Concrete EverLog Timbers offer the exact character, texture, and warm appeal of quality handcrafted wood logs. Our timbers eliminate the structural instability, costly maintenance, and susceptibility to fire, mold, insects, and other problems associated with wood log construction. Concrete timber profiles included hand-hewn, round, square, barn wood and recycled timber. Custom profiles and colors are also available.

1. What do EverLog Timbers do?

Concrete EverLog™ Timbers solve the traditional issues associated with wood log and timbers. Specifically, our concrete log products eliminate the structural instability, costly maintenance, and susceptibility to fire, mold, insects, and other problems associated with wood logs and timbers construction.

2. What are EverLog Timbers made of?

EverLog Timbers are made of concrete. The term “cement” is often used to describe our products. While not technically incorrect, cement is only one of the ingredients in concrete. Cement is used in combination with other products to create concrete.

3. What is included in an EverLog™ wall package? Do you build the complete wall?

EverLog™ Systems is a material supplier. We provide the wall system and exterior components (ie EverLog™ Timbers, where applicable) only. With our EverLog™ package we do provide shipping, installation, finishing, and chinking of our structural concrete logs only.

We are not General Contractors and do not provide or build the foundation, floors, roof, doors, windows, interior finish, electrical, plumbing or the like.

4. What is your service area?

We offer our concrete log products throughout the entire United States, Canada and International Markets.

5. What do EverLog Timbers weigh?

EverLog Timers weigh about 100 lbs. per lineal foot. Because we include installation in our wall package price you never have to worry about picking one up!

6. What EverLog Timbers colors are available?

7. How long does it take to get the concrete log package?

Once plans have been completed and signed off our delivery cycle (production, transportation, and installation) is typically 60 to 90 days. This time can vary based on time of year, demand, and other factors so please check with your Project Manager for details.
